I work with a team of nurse educators who have moved the majority of their classes to Webex. Most of these nurses are not technically savvy and I would like to be able to run usage reports for them so that we can have rosters and give the students credit for taking the courses. I understand that an alternate host cannot pull reports, is there a work around for this?

Hi Megan,
If you are an administrator in Control Hub you should be able to see the reports and analytics tab for the meetings of users which will give you a participant list: https://help.webex.com/en-us/ni3wlvw/Advanced-Diagnostics-and-Troubleshooting-in-Control-Hub#id_92083
Thanks,
Richard
