I happen to find the insights incredibly helpful. Being able to see up to 4 months of historical meetings understanding whether I joined on time and whether my meetings ended on time. I am typically on time to meetings but I tend to either end my meetings early or stick to my agenda really well.
I did notice that I'm not really good with keeping my video on during calls, but I used to be in back to back meetings and you get video fatigue. And I tend to multitask. The insights and pointers are helpful. i.e. "You often message during meetings: Studies show that multitasking can reduce your productivity by up to 40%". I know that is true.
I will definitely be looking at these metrics and trying to have a better work experience. Hope that helps.
