Pin / Unpin Video in Webex Meetings

how to use Pin Video, feature in webex, i'm having difficulty for same...

You can lock focus on a specific participant in the main video window. Even when someone else is speaking, you'll only see the person you've locked focus on in that window. If you're the host, you can lock the focus for all meeting participants.
