Making the move from Jabber to Teams Message Mode is going to revolutionize the way your team works together!
I'd encourage you to understand what benefits you are hoping to give your team and share those - really focusing on the features you know will resinate the most. Is it persistent chat? Adding spaces to allow for groups to work together and share files? @mention? Is it different for different departments?
Once you've determined the business case and the audience you want to target - you can use the Adoption Master ebook to determine how to deploy.

Internal to Cisco we always have an early deployment team (made up of people from lots of different departments and technical levels) to test out the experience, share their use cases and feedback, and to test out the training and communications plan before we deploy to the whole org. We reward these champions with access to experts in Team spaces, access to prizes for helping, and then these folks help us staff the booths for lunch & learns or launch events.
We created a specific adoption guide to help you plan moving from Jabber to Teams Message Mode just for this use case!
