With the shift to remote workers over the last two years I find it more and more useful to utilize the Webex app to not only assist clients with remote assistance but when working with Cisco support as well. You can keep track/record your meeting and the share/control screens can save tons of time (including truck rolls) which in turn can save you and/or your client money, this is win win.

I completely agree. My company runs a 24/7 helpdesk for our clients and previously used a dedicated remote control app, but since they got Webex, the helpdesk team has basically stopped using the other app and relies completely on Webex. They simply invite the end user to a meeting and can even remotely control the end device all while the client experiences a personal touch of being able to see the tech. Our clients love it!

Totally agree!
Leveraging the Webex App to collaborate with customers and Cisco TAC is a much more efficient way to engage Technical Resources and keep track of content. It would be difficult to revert back to phone only support!
