Users that no longer exist in your company should be removed. Here's a document that explains the process.Note - this only applies if your site is Control Hub managed. Also, you must be a full administrator to delete users in Control Hub.

Totally agree!
Leveraging the Webex App to collaborate with customers and Cisco TAC is a much more efficient way to engage Technical Resources and keep track of content. It would be difficult to revert back to phone only support!
