What is the error message and are you just looking for a screen shot of your Webex App or is there something specific you are looking for a screen shot of? Perhaps a meeting or specific message? You should be able to take a screen shot as Arvind Hiremath suggested with the Windows key and the Prtscn key - that should give you a screen shot of the whole screen or you could use something as simple as the Snipping Tool. Are you still having the issue?
