Hi all,
My company have been using Webex for over a year without issue - recently it seems that our collective availability and status settings have partially collapsed. For clarity all our employees "show availability and status" preference settings are selected.
Bizarrely this functionality hasn't completely gone, for example I can still see five colleagues availability and status in the normal way - the rest are essentially greyed out with no information.
Having looked online on various forums etc. the consensus seems to be that to resolve requires Webex technical to effectively relink our individual webex accounts to our organisation - has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve?

One of my customers had seen this issue, and this was due to some imprper sync of directory through Azure on Control Hub, where duplicate user entries were seen on Webex app, where one entry showed presence, while other entry didn't. Hope this isn;t the case. If so, I would advise TAC for support.

Are you using the most recent version of Webex? I too saw the availability of only a few people, and when I updated the app, that seemed to have fixed it.
