Webex Teams - Outlook integration

Hello Team, 

My Teams is integrated with outlook, and sometimes I can see the status of my contacts, however, most of the times it does not show it, and show white icon instead. 

Also, sometimes I can see the contract status [available], but I cannot start chat from my outlook. 

 I used to use Jabber, and it never did that! 

is there anything I can do to fix this permanently?
