Running version : 2.1(1h)
Hi,
This morning I tried to upload tech support file to my laptop. The export operation failed probably because my Ftp server was not correctly configured. Finally, the tech support has been collected directly from the controller.
But now, I have the following fault :
F1651
minor
2017-02-03T09:15:34.237+01:00
Raised
expcont/expstatus-tsod-default
Upload triggered at 2017-02-03T12:48:15.896+01:00 for policy tsod-default failed . Check operational status for details.
Explanation:
This fault occurs when export operation for techsupport or core files did not succeed.
Recommended Action:
If you see this fault, take the following actions:
look at techsupport status and figure out which IFC/node is erroring out.
Verify the destination it is trying to export data to is healthy/reachable
If the above action did not resolve the issue, contact Cisco TAC.
So, How can I remove the F1651 fault ?
Regards,
Ju
