Hi Team ,
I created one time on-demand tech-support for my ACI 2 leaf switches.
I do see 5 files created and store in my APIC , with all the details of the locations, etc
but when I try to download them from APIC to my local PC , it asked for username/password
I tried all the possible credentials , but all failed.
without those files download , I cannot give to CTAC for support.
anyone can help me with the username/password ?
thanks !

After the On demand Tech support is run, it is saving to the APIC controller:
apic1# cd /data/techsupport
apic1# ls -al
dbgexp_tsod-rubberheart_leaf1_sysid-211_1of3.tgz
dbgexp_tsod-rubberheart_leaf1_sysid-211_2of3.tgz
dbgexp_tsod-rubberheart_leaf1_sysid-211_3of3.tgz
dbgexp_tsod-rubberheart_leaf2_sysid-212_1of3.tgz
dbgexp_tsod-rubberheart_leaf2_sysid-212_2of3.tgz
dbgexp_tsod-rubberheart_leaf2_sysid-212_3of3.tgz
From a workstation:
-------------------
APIC IP = A.B.C.D
APIC Admin = admin
*** Password is the APIC admin password
scp admin@A.B.C.D:/data/techsupport/dbgexp_tsod-rubberheart* .
tdeleon$ scp admin@A.B.C.D:/data/techsupport/dbgexp_tsod-rubberheart* .

Where do you see the prompt for username and password?
If it's prompted by the APIC GUI, then did you try your APIC credentials? Local admin creds?
If you're using AAA, did you make sure to also try all combinations of the AAA domains?
Example: If you're using AAA but need to login as admin use apic#fallback\\admin as the user

thanks for your reply, Jason
it is in APIC GUI, and YES, I was thinking it is the APIC credentials, but it failed
I tried the fallback way, the same result.

This is still a problem in 5.2(4d).
The fact that the button exists to download and fails is kinda silly. Doesn't work in Chrome or Edge. A workaround is great and all, but if there's something in the GUI that doesn't work it needs to be fixed or removed.

100%. I'm going to get this fixed/dealt with.
