Communication between uSeg epg

Hi, I try tu understand how uSeg works in the ACI.

I have one DB-EPG and APP-EPG, I made a contract to allow traffic to communicate between DB-EPG and APP-EPG, it works.

Now I want to select some DB servers in DB-EPG and deny traffic between them, I used uSeg for it and select every DB via mac, by default they can communicate between them and hosts which are placed on the base epg (DB-EPG) and APP-EPG or I need special contracts?

There are no any descriptions about how uSeg epg works without contracts and with contracts. I mean for example, in my epg DB-EPG I have two bare metal servers DB-1 and DB-2 they don't communicate because of intra-epg isolation and if I place DB-1 to uSeg epg what happen? DB-1 in the uSeg can communicate with DB-2 by default or it inherits intra-epg isolation? And DB-1 can communicate with App-Epg?
