Hi,
Does anyone know if its possible to use the CVR-QSFP28-SFP25G for the N9K-C9336C-FX2 to do 10Gb connections or do I need to use the CVR-QSFP-SFP10G= ?

if you have 10/25 GB SFP you can do, if you have only 10GB SFP i would suggest to go CVR-QSFP-SFP10G=

Thanks Balaji, will it work with just 10gb or is the CVR-QSFP-SFP10G= as its cheaper ?

yes it's viable both point of view (Compatability and cost)

As stated in the other thread, that transceiver is not yet supported on that platform - it will NOT work at 25G, 10G or any speed with the released versions as of today. Support is coming mid next year.

if you want to achieve 10G connectivity on N9k-C9336C-FX2, CVR-QSFP-SFP10G (with an SFP-10G) is supported according to Cisco Compatibility Matrix.
But your switch needs to meet the minimum OS version, either as an NX-OS or an ACI-based switch.

Yes CVR-QSFP28-SFP25G support will come in the next NXOS 10.3(3)F release due out this month/early next with support on the 93108TC-FX3P, 9348GC-FXP, 9336C-FX2 and GX2 platforms.

Hello,
Any update to the release. I really need for the cvr to work with my c9336C-FX2. Equipment only goes up to 25GB and currently needing to burn additional switches for support for them and then tying into the nexus
