Hi - I am looking for some ideas and knowledge sharing regarding my below requirement.
Below are the things I am looking for.
Scenario:
- Different companies are getting merger for business needs.
- At present they have separate Date center with their own network & server infrastructure.
- They have their own infrastructure in different DC in different location.
I would like to consolidate them into 1 Primary & 1 DR DC.
- Consolidation means sharing the common network infrastructure in DC but it will be logically isolated.
- They will be independent but sharing the common infrastructure.
- It is some thing like the Cloud infrastructure, where multiple tenants have their infrastructure independent of each other.
- Looking for similar design or infrastructure in private data center. (May be like a private cloud where I can host infrastructure for multiple companies/tenant)
What is the common practice & what is the data center network design recommended.
