Generic design queries of ACI

Hello All,

It would be grateful, if could you please help me to know the following generic design queries of Cisco ACI:

1-  how many Bridge Domains are allowed in EPG?
2-  Can we have vlan 10 part of two VLAN pool pool-A and pool-B?
3-  Can we add multiple encapsulation to the same physical port?
4-  Can the same switch port below to two different EPG?

Hi Thiyagu,

1) Only 1 BD can be associated with an EPG

2) Yes

3) Yes

4) Yes

An example is:
ANP - Outside
 EPG - Outside_10 (VLAN 10 Encap) (Static Bind to Eth1) BD - Outside_10 

 EPG - Outside_11 (VLAN 11 Encap) (Static Bind to Eth1) BD - Outside_11

Keep in mind you can't have two different domains (physical, vmm, l3 or l2) all tied to the same interface using a single AEP.  This will raise a fault due to overlapping VLANs.
