Hello,
Does ACI use any protocol when it communicates with the vSphere? Or it's a normal tcp handshake on specific port number?

Hi,
Presentation "Cisco ACI with VMware VDS Integration", slide 9: "APIC Initiates Handshake and Login with VC on Port 443 via OOB or In-Banddepending on preference". This is a standard TCP connection.
