file transfer error

Hi,

My user is experiencing some issue while attempting file transfer with servers that is loadbalance by the CSM.

The situation is as, when my user try to copy files that are less than 100mb, the whole process is completed successfully. However if attempt to copy files more than 100 mb, there will be a error message "target server not available" and the whole file transfer will be aborted.

I'm suspecting the issue could be the CSM and I notice that there are some environmetal variables that I can adjust. Could this be the issue. Can someone please kindly advise. Thanks

If you are not running version 4.2.3, then you are hitting bug

CSCei91452: FTP data channel breaks 15 minutes into the transfer

And the only solution is to upgrade.

If you are running 4.2.3, could you please give us the vserver config so we can see what it looks like.
