Password recovery

Hi,

As per the Cisco document tried to reset the password for VPN Concentrator. But the boot process was not interrupting while pressing the Ctrl + C. Please advice how to reset the password now.

Hi

Are you trying this on a VPN 3000 concentrator or VPN 5000 Box ?

have you tried the default admin login credentials on them ?
