Hi,

I've just booted up a brand new 11501S and I am wondering if I'm having a case of "dead-on-arrival":

Is it correct that the SSL module resides in Slot 2/1? Do you see any troubleshooting steps before asking for an RMA number?

Thanks a lot in advance

does it crash all the time, or is it a one-time issue ?

"Dead on Arrival" means you can't do anything.

If it crashes continously, I would request an RMA.

Otherwise, it may well be a one-time issue.

Gilles.

Hi Gilles,

Yes, it crashes all the time (The box did never finish the boot sequence after unpacking). I'll request an RMA in that case - thanks for your advice.

Cheers
