I'm guessing it is a third party SFP rather than a genuine Cisco one.  You can only use genuine Cisco SFPs.

Hi

 The invalid optical transceiver type is FET-10G & I try replace another optical transceiver module

SFP-10-SR-S that run normally .

  Does the FET-10G only used on nexus2000 ？ all the optical transceiver are genuine cisco.

You can get a FET-10G4 for the Nexus 7k, but the FET-10G is not listed as compatible.
