I have two CSS switches seperated across a WAN (T1 private line) link. Is it possible to configure the routers on either end to bridge the traffic, so that I can run VRRP and configure VIP redundancy? Has anyone done this before?
Basically I have a css in two data center with front end internet connectivity, and a back end link that goes into a 2620 on either end. I want to make these routers bridges so that I can run VIP redundancy. Is there a configuration example for this? I think it should work because I would have a layer two connection to both switches, but I would appreciate any advice.
