Catherine Wu joined the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) in 1996. She achieved her Routing and Switching CCIE # 4286 in 1998. Since joining Cisco, Catherine has filled many different roles in Technical Services: Customer Support Engineer (CSE), EE, Team Lead, Technical Writer, and Technical Trainer. While working in Technical Training she has assisted in creating Cisco Interactive Mentor Products for Link State (Open Shortest Path First and Internet Information Server) and Border Gateway Protocol. Subsequently, she worked with TAC Web as a Technical Writer and Routing and Switching Subject Matter Expert to create support documentation to help CSEs and customers troubleshoot Layer 3 protocols. He has been active in the Information Technology industry for several years with a Cisco-centric focus on Security, Routing/Switching and Collaboration. Aron graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2005 with a degree in Information Systems and achieved his CCIE Security designation in 2008.
Soon after, he made the transition to working for a Cisco Gold Channel-Partner as a Senior Security Engineer, specializing in VPN, Remote Access and Firewalls.
