Webcast: Cisco Catalyst 9000 Overview

The event focuses on the Cisco Catalyst 9400, a leading modular enterprise switching access platform built for security, Internet of Things (IoT), and Cloud. This overview helps you to understand not only the capabilities and hardware/software differentiators of these switches, but also the new software-licensing scheme which is specific to the components and the operation of this platform. In addition, a demonstration of the usage of this platform in different case scenarios will be provided.

Featured Speakers

abrenesa.jpgAllan Brenes is a Customer Support Engineer on the LAN Switching team in Cisco’s Global Technical Assistance Center (TAC) in Mexico. Allan has been collaborating on that team since 2016. Previously, he worked for three years as a Support Engineer with the Global Delivery Partners CSE in Costa Rica. He has experience in different technologies, but he specializes in LAN Switching. Allan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telematics and a CCNA certification. 

 

danolasc.jpgDavid Nolasco is a Cisco Customer Support Engineer and is also part of the LAN Switching team in the Global TAC in Mexico. He has collaborated with this team since August 2014. Before he joined Cisco, David worked as a Network Engineer at Ericsson.  He specializes in the Catalyst 6500, 4500, and 3850/3650 platforms. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. David holds a CCNP R&S certification and he is currently pursuing a CCIE certification.
