Inbound FXO calls from Remote gateway get fast busy on CUE

Team,

I  have a customer with a UC 560 at the HQ site and 7 fxo lines. They also  have a remote site with a 2800 ISR router termination the T-1 between  the sites as well as providing 3 FXO ports for that site. Internally,  everything works, Externally any call that comes into any of the 7 HQ  FXO lines works flawlessly. Problem is any calls coming into  the 3 FXO  lines at the remote site get a fast busy or disconnected when trying to  talk to CUE.

99.9% of the time this is a codec issue... So here is what I have done....

1) Every single VOIP dial-peer has the codec g711ulaw command on it.

2) I have configured via voice service voip the allow-connections 323 to sip and sip to 323 etc

3) verified the sip CUE dial-peer..(Remember it works for all the lines attached to the box)

So  I am pretty confident I am using g711ulaw all the way through... The  only variable here is the WAN... Transfers to extensions work,  Conferences work, just anything to CUE dies....

Am  I missing something here? I will try to post a voice ccapi inout debug  if you need it, but was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on what  to check.

Team,

To add a little more to this. This is what I have further discovered.

This  only happens when i try to get to someones mailbox via the trnsfrVM  softkey or by direct transfer to VM by hitting transfer 6xxx and  transfer again or by the call coming into an extension, ringing until it  hits the timeout and then when the call tries to go to the persons VM  box, the call drops.

If  I transfer to the main VM number (399) it works. If I transfer to the  AA it works...Just seems to be individual mailboxes that get the Fast  Busy or Disconnect.

Here are the sip message debugs. Hopefully someone can help. This  debug is me calling in on the remote site FXO, hitting the TrnsfrVM  button, hitting the users extension (125) and hitting the TrnsfrVM  button again. At that point the call just hangs up. Any help is  appreciated.

Paul
