SPA 112 using local IP for SIP Registration

Hi all,

I want to use the SPA112 with my SIP registrar endpoint. I'm able to connect the SPA112 to the endpoint and outgoing calls from the ATA are possible. My problem is with incoming calls cause the SPA is using the local nework IP during registration instead of the public IP. So incomming calls don't work. Is there any configuration to force the SPA use the public ip?

Yes, of course. Did you read administrator's guide ? Read again searching for EXT IP in NAT Support Parameters.

Note that there are multiple NAT methods. You should configure SPA112 according particular network topology and type of NAT. As you considered not to describe details, you are on your own.
