Abrir URL desde Cisco Jabber para Windows

I need that when a call to Cisco Jabber for Windows (9.4 or higher) Jabber open a URL with the parameter of the incoming phone number. How I can do this?

Do you have an example of how the implemented JavaScripts events calls?

Not off hand.  The javascript events/etc. described in the guide are automatically made available for scripts running inside the Jabber web browser UI component.  Any standard book or guide on using Javascript/events in a browser should be apropos.
