Cisco 7821 Pushing Issue

when we push "Init:Services" to cisco ip phone 7821, the phone hang. do you know what cause that?

Are you using Init:Services to close an application?

Can you list the steps you are performing to reproduce the issue?

What happens when the phone hangs?
