Hi,

Trying to get the sample.html to work and I am having problems. Attaching my softphone.log and a picture of my ect/hosts file

172.18.106.82     mac-wiki.com

10.10.30.1        pub-remote.psdtemea.cisco.com

System is Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit SP1.

Trying to connect to sandbox 10.10.30.1.

Unable to login: Login Error eUnknownFailure

I am following the instructions at: https://developer.cisco.com/site/collaboration/jabber/websdk/develop-and-test/testing/shared-jabber-sandbox/

And am able to get past STEP 4 - Run the sample app.

The screen then shows me my CSF device and I press "connect".

At that point, it appears that I am kicked out and I return to having to press the Login button again.

I can ping 10.10.30.1 and I can bring up the CCMAdmin page but not CCMUser.

Hi John,

Did you have any firewall setting that could possibly block UDP/TCP port 5060/5061?

From the log it shows that the SIP invite never comes back with server's response.

I just tried the same user ID here and it works fine.

Regards,

Howard

I have Windows Firewall off.

How do I determine if there is something else blocking that port?

turns out I had my work Jabber that my company has us run on our desktops, when I signed out and exited that the sample program worked fine.

that make sense...

Thanks for the update.
