Font face and size matrix for all phones

We are using the <CiscoIPPhoneText> object.  Is there a document available that will give us the font face and size of the text being displayed on every phone model? I need this specific information for phones with font sizes set to small, medium, large and huge. Does any document with data like this exist? Thanks.

Hi David. You actually helped us via email last week with a question related to our captioning project we are in the middle of. We are making a caption solution for Cisco and in order to get the captions to display correctly, we will need font size and font type. Is there someone within the Cisco phone group that might have the answer?
