Hi, i am trying to fetch SSO token by using https://ucx-ap102-caf.cisco.com:8443/ssosp/oauth/authorize?scope=UnifiedCommunications:readwrite&response_type=token&client_id=C69908c4f345729af0a23cdfff1d255272de942193e7d39171ddd307bc488d7a1 and provided Basic Authentication as my CEC user/password... It is throwing "HTTP Status 403 - Cannot process the request since SAML SSO is not enabled" error.

currently the UC host ucx-ap102-caf.cisco.com - SSO is not enabled

Can someone please assist who can help me to enable SSO for the above UC host?

Hi Prashant,

Do you have Admin access to this box? Login as admin then go  to System Settings => SAML Single Sign On to enable it. However, you need to satisfy the following conditions:

1, Verify the certificates on the Certificate Management page within Cisco Unified OS Administration to make sure it's valid.

2. At least one user must be associated with full administrative privileges before SAML SSO can be enabled

3. Users must be LDAP synced before SAML SSO can be enabled

HTH.

Regards,

David
