Jabber Customization

I am looking for some options to customize text in the userid text box of the jabber client to display username@domain.corp.net so that user can avoid entering username@domain.com 

Is this something possible? Need some suggestions/help to address this problem.

The Jabber clients themselves do not have any customization options, really, outside of the 'custom tabs' functionality.

I suspect the behaviour you want is possible via configuration, either on the CUCM/CUP side or possibly via jabber-config.xml.

I would suggest opening a case with TAC to see if they can help with the proper config and ramifications...
