MPP API out of date?

I am attempting to use the MPP API documented here: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/multiplatform-phones/#!enable-and-connect-to-the-remote-sdk/remote-sdk-initiation

however I cannot find the "Control Server URL" setting on the phone web page running firmware 11.3.7.

It does not appear under Voice>Phone as indicated in the document. Does anyone know if this API is still supported for webex calling connected MPP phones? 

If not, does anyone of a programmatic way to add shared lines to MPP phones?
