Why? CiscoIPPhoneError Number="4"
My Test History is,,,
1. CM Server Rebooting
2. Other Device Test
3. New Application User ID and Password Registration
Test Device Model is "Cisco IP Phone 7945".
But, AXL and CUCM to Login Very Well.
and, https:// or http://<IP PHONE IP>:80 connect Very Well.
Why, http://<IP PHONE IP>/CGI/Execute or http://<IP PHONE IP>/CGI/Screenshot
not Connected ?

<CiscoIPPhoneError Number="4"/> is an authentication error. Make sure you are using the correct username and password. Also make sure the phone is associated with that user. You may also want to check the authentication URL in CUCM:
System --> Enterprise Parameter --> Phone URL Parameters -> URL Authentication.
