Regarding memory units of Cisco IP Phone 7970

Hi Everyone,

I would like to know the memory units of Cisco IP Phone- CP-7970. Whether they are in bytes or in kilobytes.

I am doing inventory management for Cisco IP Phones. I would like to know the memory units of the below keys, 

System Free Memory		8273920
Java Heap Free Memory		2727540
Java Pool Free Memory		582536
