Sophos blocking Cisco Web Communicator

Hello all,

I was wondering if someone had encountered this issue, or have any suggestions on this, but we are having issues where Cisco Web Communicator and its related .dll files that are required to run on IE are being blocked by Sophos.

The current version of the Sophos Client is 10.3 with only Anti-virus and HIPS enabled.  Web Control and Firewall are not enabled on the client.

How do you know Sophos is causing the problem?  Do you get messages from Sophos saying something is blocked or reporting something about the DLLs?  If so, what are those messages?

Did you try setting Sophos HIDS to "alert only"?
