About generation of CTI Link

We use CUCM12.5 to monitor call events of extension terminals (using JTAPI).

We are currently investigating resource consumption.

I think that at least three objects(Address, Terminal, and Call) will be observed for one device (phone).

At this time how many CTI links are generated between CUCM and the JTAPI application when monitoring one device?

I am checking with the JTAPI team to confirm the answer to your question. I think for resource consumption it would make more sense to use RTMT to monitor the performance counters.

There will be one CTI link/connection to CTI Manager per JTAPI provider instance - assuming there is a single JTAPI user associated-to/monitoring multiple phones, all requests/events for all monitored devices in the cluster will use the same link.
