Hi,
I am developing Call Canter application using VaxTele SIP Server framework and Cisco IP Phones (SPA514G). While development I am having an issue of voice clarity (voice is breaking). I contact to VaxTele support and they investigated the issue. It is communicated that the value of PTime is not correct (ptime=30 is being used while ptime=20 is required).
PTime value is a function of SDP Setting. I am sending screenshot of SDP settings of my IP Phone(s).
Kindly update me in this regard that what setting, it must be used to communicate correct ptime value.
Note: I am using A-Law codec for communication with second party.
