Hi,

Is JTAPI pretty much the way to go to interface with CUCM for a CTI application?  It looks solid, but I want to be sure that I'm not overlooking a better option.

Depending on the type of integration you can choose one from Call Control list.

Another industry standard API for CTI integration is TAPI which is supported by CUCM.
