We develop a Chrome extension to add Cisco Telephony features to a web-based application.
For that we use the Cisco Jabber SDK Web (with the installation of the Cisco web communicator Chrome extensions and the SDK Browser add-on for MAC)
We are many users using it in different companies and organizations, but we are actually facing a problem with one of our customers.
We use the MRA feature to connect the softphone to our UCM infrastructure through Expressway infrastructure.
When we try to login with our extension, the process block and the extension is never connected.
We compared the browser console between a MAC where it's working and the customer MAC that can't connect:

The difference happens just after on registration process:
Normally, this error is raised only when another extension / instance of the extension is running. But we troubleshoot on customer side and it's not the case, there is only on instance running at the same time.
We try to delete the logs, reinstall all the packages without success
I want to find out how many agents are configured for an attribute. I have followed all the steps which are provided by the Cisco UCCE 11.6 API guide but I could not get the count. Is it possible to get a count of agents or not?
