Dear Support Team!
I need some help with a VXML Script by one of our customer.
We use such scripts by other customers too, they are working fine. Only this one will not work.
I have attached the script file (tvm_allDW.vxml), the music file (tvm.wav) and the show tech, show run, show version commands output., and some older test files, debugs (sh_tech_debug_30.05.2016.txt, sh_run_ver_debug.txt)
It should work so:
By all incoming call, if the caller calls directly an extension, the caller should hear the music.
As I told, the same script works fine by other customers.
I have already tried to communicate with Cisco TAC, but they didn't find the solution.
I hope somebody can help!
