Retrieving SIP Call ID from JTAPI (match JTAPI events with SIP call?)

Hello,

I am working on creating a CTI Manager that processes relevant call information from the contact center and relays them to our audio processor. The audio processor is the second and final application in our workflow and it processes the SIP calls from CUCM.

When the CTI Manager receives an event, how can it get matched to the SIP call from CUCM? We are considering using the SIP Call ID to perform the matching. However, is it possible to retrieve the SIP Call ID via the JTAPI?

Using the Collaboration 14 sandbox and looking at the doc, we saw that `getCallID` may be a potential solution. A sample value it returned was `4008/1`. However, upon further research, it appears that the Call ID is an internal identifier and is not the same as the SIP Call ID.

Is there a way to get the SIP Call ID, or is there a better way to match CTI events with the corresponding SIP call?
