Salesforce integration issue after change IP Communicator to Jabber

Hello,

Our customer has a Salesforce integration with our UCCE 12.6. Now we are moving from IP Communcator to Jabber and conferences don't work!

I don't find any documentation about differences of using Jabber instead IP Communicator. Has someone suffered a similar scenario? solutions? ideas?

I`m curious about your Salesforce/Jabber integration. I was looking today to see if you could use Jabber with Salesforce and have found nothing other than 3rd party products to use. Any information would be helpful.
