Hi,
We're currently using Cisco UCM test tool to try "mute" function via "sendData", but after we tried to press the "mute" button, the test tool hold for about 30 seconds and return an exception indicate: "com.cisco.jtapi.PlatformExceptionImpl: Internal error returned from call control", we checked the log, and see below:

Seems CUCM didn't respond this? Can any one help on this? We use Jabber (11.0.1) and UCM version 9.0.1
