TAPI Replacement Options for Caller ID

I'm looking working on a replacement for a CTI Desktop application that provides screen pops with Caller ID on inbound calls. Currently using a TAPI driver for CTI Desktop.

Is JTAPI a option or are there any other ways that can pull this information from a CUCM  with a API?

Both Cisco JTAPI and Cisco TAPI interfaces provide this. Cisco JTAPI or TAPI interfaces are your best bet if you want to do it in real time.
