I've successfully installed the Cisco TAPI Wave driver but when I make a call from a CTI port to an extension and call lineGetID() it fails with reason LINEERR_OPERATIONFAILED. This also fails when I try the same operation using the Microsoft TAPI Browser. Is there some configuration step that I'm missing?
