Hello, Regarding above Cisco BugID, I am referring to https://tools.cisco.com/security/center/content/CiscoSecurityAdvisory/cisco-sa-20180502-prime-upload vulnerability. Could you advise whether non-appliance Cisco Prime Infrastructure are affected?

Once I upgraded my Telepresence devices to CE 9.3.1, most of the contacts disappeared from WebGUI, but the contacts actually still are there when I check physically from the room.

This was actually tested and verified by HTTS (Cisco TAC) on 6.2.3.1 as well as 6.2.3.

1. What caused this bug?2. Is the problem-solving image released rather than manual processing?3. Has the Nexus3000 series also had symptoms and improved images were released?

So does this affect only the 16.7 code train or every IOS XE version (16.x and 3.16.x) before 16.8?

Workaround:Save the configuration of the switch. Plug out the power cord. Plug in the power cord. Every port works again.
