Once I upgraded my Telepresence devices to CE 9.3.1, most of the contacts disappeared from WebGUI, but the contacts actually still are there when I check physically from the room.

This was actually tested and verified by HTTS (Cisco TAC) on 6.2.3.1 as well as 6.2.3.
