Hello Tommi, This would only affect phones in the 69xx model range. The 79[46][125] model phones use a different hardware switch and different code base. To research this in Bug Search Tool I would search for "7941, 7942, 7945, 7961, 7962, 7965, 7970 and throughput slow duplex cos drop" and permutations of that. With web access enabled the phone web pages will show frame drops on each port of the phone. This may provide some additional troubleshooting information. It's also a known problematic issue of the switch-phone interface negotiates a slower speed than the phone-pc interface. Otherwise, please open a TAC case for additional assistance. Regards, Wes
