CSCud74480 - TACACS cmd authorization fails CLIs spanning VSS-Active and VSS-stby - 1

Hi,

I am getting the below output on my VSS active switch(4500x-24ES) with IOS version 03.09.00.E RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1). Could it be the same bug? 

Executing the command on VSS member switch role = VSS Active, id = 1

Switch mode : Virtual Switch
Virtual switch domain number : 1
Local switch number : 1
Local switch operational role: Virtual Switch Active
Peer switch number : 2
Peer switch operational role : Virtual Switch Standby% Authorization failed.
