CSCuy92861 - Heatmaps not seen for 2802I or 3802I APs

Has anyone seen an issue with Cisco Prime 3.1 (service pack 15) with 3802 AP's. Where the 5Ghz heat maps show up, but NOT the 2.4Ghz?  thanks in advance for any input.
